Fuji Racing oil filter adapter plate with thermostat

The best "sandwich plate" on the market!

This Fuji sandwich panel is made from high quality 6061 aluminum. The built-in thermostat prevents the oil from flowing to the oil cooler until the operating temperature has been reached. This means that the oil comes up to temperature more quickly after starting, which is an advantage for the entire system, especially in colder climatic conditions. The adapter plate comes with an 82°C thermostat.

The component was developed specifically for the Subaru EJ engines. No other manufacturer offers sandwich panels specifically for Subarus. The Fuji Racing System makes it possible to route the oil cooler hoses (with 45° or 90° fittings) in front of the timing belt cover and under the headlight. This takes the shortest route to the oil cooler and keeps its hoses away from the manifold.
